Isle of Man offers licenses that will benefit Sports Betting Software Providers

Isle of Man offers licenses that will benefit Sports Betting Software ProvidersThe Isle of Man is well known for licensing a large portion of online gambling companies around the world.  This is because they are one of the first places to create laws for the online gambling market.  Thus, it is no surprise that now the Isle of Man offers licenses that will benefit Sports Betting Software Providers

Yesterday, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission made an announcement that it will offer licenses for gambling software suppliers. Furthermore, the decision to create this license is because of the demand for a license from a known regulator.  According to the GSC several gambling suppliers have been requesting such a license from them.

Thus, the Gambling Supervision Commission Software Supplier License from the Isle of Man (B2B License) was born. Furthermore the announcement said that gaming providers who get this license will be on the GCS games registry.

Not Mandatory but a Benefit for All

At the moment, the B2B License is not mandatory for any current or future providers operating in their jurisdiction. However, there are many benefits for gambling and sports betting software providers who choose to get the license.

For example, if a sports betting software gets a B2B License it will add more credibility to their operation.  Thus, obtaining such a license will improve their reputation with the online gaming community.  This is because gambling operators will be able to enter into a partnership knowing that their gambling services are fair.

Furthermore, it will speed up the process to integrate their software with an operator that has a license from the Isla of Man.   This is because the GSC will not need further testing of their software. And last, there is also cost saving factor due to the speed of licensing process.

Overall, sports betting software and other gaming developers will be able to create more partnership on the long run.
