The Player Payment Transactions Page

The “Player Payment” page is where you will be able to add, subtract and make money adjustments to a player’s account.

Introduction to the Player Payment Page

Amount: The amount of money you want to add or subtract from a player’s account.

Method: The type of payment used to either receive or send money to a player.

Description: This is where you can add a description of the transaction. I.E. “Agent Payment”, “Player Payout” or “Bonus for Deposit”.

Reference: The reference section is mostly used as a way to keep track of the transaction that was made.

For example, if a Western Union payment was made, you could enter the date the payment was made as well as the Western Union MTCN number and name of sender and receiver.

Transaction Type: This will determine if the transaction for adding or subtracting money from the player’s account.

Types of Transaction Available

Type of transactions available
  • Adjustment – This goes in the same column as sports wins and losses. For example if I won $100 betting on Monday, and my agent does this type of adjustment for +$50 on the same day it’s going to show that I won $150 in sports.

An adjustment figure will appear in all reports.  These figures are used to calculate commissions and also in the case where there is an agent/distributor scheme. For example, we use this type of adjustment when an agent wants to put a late bet for one of his players, but the game is already over.

  • Accrual adjustment – Used to put money into a player’s accounts with a credit line. They go in as payments.
  • Disbursement – Use this type of transaction to make a withdrawal from cash accounts.
  • Receipt – Used for deposits in cash accounts
  • Horse adjustment – This transaction works like a regular adjustment but goes into the category of horses as opposed to sports. Both the adjustment and the horse adjustment go into the player’s win/loss.  An agent who wants to keep extreme detail how their players are losing/winning their money would want to use this type of transaction.
  • Free plays – This where free plays are set in a player’s account. In a free play, a player gets the win only if he wins the wager. If the player loses the bet, he does not get charged for the loss; he only losses the Free Play. Free plays are set by amounts. For example: a $100 free play. The player can choose to use it in multiple plays or all at once.

*All adjustments are used to directly take money in or out of a player’s or agent’s accounts. The only difference between different types of adjustments is how they are registered into the account.
