Pennsylvania Sportsbook Industry and Market

The software sportsbook market is large enough in the state that online sportsbooks take in 92.9% of the state’s wagers. But the market demand for online gambling is not just limited to sports betting. While the iGaming numbers are lower than the previous month, the gross gaming revenue for table games are $78.2 million for the month, while the gross revenue for interactive slots games are at $71.8 million.

And Pennsylvania is still growing, both for operators and bettors. Just this February, another sportsbook launched in the state. The market will always be easy to tap, considering the state’s teams. You have the 76ers, the Flyers, and the Phillies. These teams can generate millions in wagers from local fans. And since you have a lot of sports fans in the state, sports betting is expected to continue to grow in the near future.
